Koli Cultura is the idea of Ari Uusikangas, the owner and CEO of the Finnish family company, Napa-Koli Ltd. He has decades of experience in demanding and responsible travel and construction activities, and renovation of value properties through his companies Napa-Koli Ltd and Arikoli Ltd. In its extensive partnership network, the Koli Cultura concept has been developed to the highest standard of successful nature tourism.
Napa-Koli owns a total of 10 hectares of land, where the construction of Koli Cultura has been planned. The area has a perfect location, alongside the existing tourist stream with 15% annual growth rate - and right next to Koli National Park. The area plan was completed in 2017. At the beginning of 2019, the centers plans were specified when the new design brief, cash flow statement and architectural illustration were completed.
